Zumi Gominolas reserves the right to:

  • Correct typographical errors

In case of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid.

5. Prices and Payment

7. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Spanish consumer law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007), consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 calendar days from delivery.

However, this right does not apply to:

  • Perishable goods

  • Food products

  • Sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed

As Zumi Gominolas sells confectionery products, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the products have been delivered, except in cases of defect or error.

9. Legal Guarantee

Consumers are entitled to the legal guarantee of conformity under Spanish law.

If a product is defective or incorrect, the customer may request:

At no additional cost.
