At Zumi Gominolas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Food & Confectionery Products
Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of edible products (including gummies, sweets, or confectionery items) once they have been shipped or delivered, unless:

The product is past its expiry date upon arrival

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Once reviewed, we will offer one of the following:

3. Non-Food Items (If Applicable)
If your order includes non-food items (e.g. merchandise or accessories), you may return unused items within 14 days of delivery, provided:
