1. Shipping Area

We currently ship to:

  • Mainland Spain

  • Balearic Islands

  • Canary Islands (additional customs fees may apply)

  • Ceuta and Melilla

If you would like international shipping, please contact us before placing your order.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During high-demand periods (sales, promotions, special campaigns), processing times may be slightly extended.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been shipped:

  • Mainland Spain: 24–72 business hours

  • Balearic Islands: 2–4 business days

  • Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond the control of Zumi Gominolas (logistics issues, weather conditions, peak seasons, etc.).

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and displayed before completing your purchase.

We may offer:

  • Standard flat-rate shipping

  • Free shipping above a minimum order value (if applicable)

Any promotional shipping offers will be clearly stated on our website.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Zumi Gominolas is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address details provided at checkout.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order:

  • Has not arrived within the estimated timeframe

  • Shows as delivered but has not been received

  • Arrives damaged
